Of course Big E gassed it, did a 360 and went back on about his business. Earnhardt may have had a chance at winning the race but along with the Wallace incident, he also spun after trying to avoid Rick Mas twho cut down a tire. 4. myself posted: 02.16.2007 - 8:27 pm Rate this comment: (0) (1) Whew! Had Speed not been wrecked, he might have been able to finish in the top 10 in points at the end of the season. 15. But he was just as dirty as anyone out there if not more. He had a huge ego. 16. joebev910 posted: 04.22.2015 - 11:47 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) In the 1995 episode on abc news dayone is about the that race 17. No doubt in today's landscape Burton would have sat out this race because apparently he was still feeling awful going into this race. Also Dale Jarrett raced with a wrist fracture and wheeled it to 5th. 19. Anthony posted: 05.13.2018 - 5:02 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) Rusty Wallace won his 3rd race in a five race span, but in those five races that Wallace won 3 races, he lost four points to Dale Earnhardt in that span. Earnhardt had bonus points for leading laps & was finishing 2nd three times and 3rd twice. 20. Ryan posted: 05.13.2018 - 9:15 pm Rate this comment: (2) (0) That had to be tough to swallow for Rusty and he even mentioned how tough Earnhardt was to beat. They had some incredible battles. The following year in this race Dale was able to get by Rusty late in the race for the win. 21.
