Congrats to Kyle Busch but being a winner at this track doesn't mean much. Where's the challenge? 9. Smoky burnout that was so good that he was shrouded in smoke as he got out of the car to celebrate. Kinda ironic that he became the youngest ever driver to win a Cup race(by 4 days) at the track he was kicked out of when he was going to run a Truck series race when he was 16. That truck race was in conjunction with the Champ Car race that year and Marlboro was the major sponsor and because of the issues with smoking; it was deemed a 16 year old cannot participate in something smoking related. Though the Truck race and champ car race in all reality had nothing to do with each other besides being run on the same weekend. Kyle was the 1st affected by the new NASCAR rule then which made it where ya had to be 18 to run in any of NASCAR's 3 major series'. If that hadn't changed; it's possible that Kyle would have been in a Cup car at 17 or 18 for Roush and maybe won a Cup race as a teenager. I am sure Roush is still none too happy that by NASCAR creating this 18 year old rule; that he lost Kyle to hendrick. Hmm....... 12. Donald Thomas was the youngest before him, and he won his race on November 16, 1952. 14. Though Joey Logano has until late September 2010 to break Busch's record, he needs to be competitive in the #20 car first. In 3 starts his best finish is 32nd (Huh?); I hope that's because of the cars he was driving. Wow. There were still 6 drivers who could mathematically get into the CHA$E. 15.
