An underdog (Brandon Ash) finally gets a decent qualifying effort, and he's spun by JUUUUNNNNNNYYYYYYYYEEEEERRRRRRRRRR in the opening laps. :( :( :( Better luck next time Brandon! 2. Congrats to Mark. 3. Jake posted: 10.10.2005 - 8:17 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Congrats to Mark on a dominant win. That 2-tire stop halfway through the race was definitely the turning point of the race. 4. That began the crying phase of all of this. well before the 5th. 7. Jr. Fan posted: 10.15.2005 - 12:37 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Ure right Don 8. This is Brandon's best qualifying effort. Anonymous, what were YOU doing when you were making your comment, hmm? 10. Steve posted: 11.29.2010 - 9:33 pm Rate this comment: (3) (0) Hamlin starting 7th and finishing 32nd is deceiving. He crashed in Turn 4 on his second lap of qualifying, hence the backup car. After Talladega, the 11 car was 35th in owner points, just 3 points ahead of Morgan-McClure Motorsports. When the checkers flew at Homestead, that gap had grown to 458, well into "the black". Not bad for a rookie. 20. AlmirolaFan88 posted: 07.25.2011 - 10:14 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Kevin Lepage had a great qualifying effort but once the green flag flew he dropped like a rock. 21.
