As NASCAR returns to Nashville Superspeedway for the first time since
2011, they bring a new visitor, the Cup Series. While Nashville held
multiple Busch (Xfinity) and Truck Series races at the venue, the Cup
Series had never raced there. That changes this weekend.

J.J. Yeley replaces Cody Ware in the #51 this weekend, Cody Ware is
making his IndyCar debut at Road America.

MBM fields the #13 for the first time in a points race since the 2021
Daytona 500. With only 39 entries, it's guarnteed a starting spot,
meaning it will be the first race for the #13 in the Cup Series since
Phoenix in 2020, the last race Germain Racing ran before shutting down
in the offseason.

Chad Finchum also makes his 1st Cup Start of 2021.

This was a great race.

Comers and goers, cars slipping and sliding around, this was everything
a fan could ask for.
