Other adding and extending pit road. It has added other tracks near it but the original is still used today. Quite rare too see a track stay virtually the same since it was built. 3. On the British version the hosts played a unique version of laser tag where they tried to race around the track in a Lexus LFA, a SRT Viper, and an Aston Martin Vanquish while two airplanes shot the lasers at them. The American version featured the track in an episode about some of the worst cars ever built where the hosts took parts in a track day here...driving a Ford Mustang II, a Pontiac Aztek, and a Yugo. There have been several other movies and TV shows filmed here over the years, as one would expect from a high quality Southern California road course. Parts of the iconic "Love Bug" were filmed at this track. "Jay Leno's Garage" has also filmed here a few times, he and Patrick Dempsey tested some Porsche 911s (classic and modern) here in one episode while another saw the former talk show host play with some fast Aston-Martins alongside Ben Collins. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
