I don't think so. I beleive that was at Volusia County.

I thought it was at Volusia too, but I wasn't sure. For awhile I thought
it was at Bowman Gray or North Wilkesboro, but after watching the clip,
it does look a bit like Volusia

The testing scene was filmed at Volusia County Speedway. Hut Stricklin,
out of a Cup ride at the time, was contracted to do some of the driving
for it.
