At the time of this post in early August 2018 this little quarter-mile
has not hosted a major touring series race BUT it will soon when the
CARS Late Model Stock Tour makes its first trip to this track near the
end of the month.

This track was originally paved with paved with clay. It was converted
into an asphalt track in 1987 leading to a 20% increase in attendance
that year.
