Track is active. Currently a 1/4 Paved Oval. For their single NASCAR race it was a .5 Mile Dirt Oval. In 1954 the race was won by Lee Petty. The track closed during the 60's but reopened. Corbin Speedway to date is the only track to host a Cup race in NASCAR in the state of Kentucky. 2. Car turnouts weren't great from what I've seen but the track was open again this year. 6.
