Literally a thirty minute drive down the road from my house. Used to be
known as Claremont Speedway. Has run into ownership trouble the past few
years and as a result they lost their Nascar sanctioning license. Now
it's mainly the testing ground for young go kart drivers here in the
Granite state. Still a phenomenal facility!

Track has reopened in 2016

The track was sold (again) in the offseason and is now known as
Claremont Motorsports Park. Ownership is a joint venture between Norm
Wrenn (who owns Lee and Monadnock) and Ben Bosowski (who owns Hudson) -
and word has it Mike Parks will be promoting the track next year for
Norm and Ben. Definitely some new life being breathed into these tracks!
