It's either a political move, or for real. We won't know for sure until
IndyCar backs up the statement.

Says plan B is a different city.. That just doesn't seem possible at
this juncture, but who knows. Maybe the Cleveland race will return at
the end of all of this ;).

This track was proposed as 11-turn, 2.25-mile street course around the
Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in the Massachusetts capital's
Seaport District. The start and finish lines would have been separate
but both would have been on South Boston Bypass with the course also
using parts of Congress Street, the Massport Haul Road, Fargo Street, D
Street, and Cypher Street.
