Vernon Fairgrounds; located in Vernon, New York. 1/2 mile dirt oval.
Closed 1951, and is currently semi active as a horse racetrack. Two
races were run in 1950, and they were won by Bill Blair and Dick Linder.

Would appear that this race was run on what is now the Vernon Downs and
Casino horse track. There is a dirt auto racing track just a mile north
called Utica-Rome Speedway, but that track wasn't around back in the 50's
