I mean technically since it was a public street course, then yes it is
technically active, but not for racing. :P

Street course. Sorry.

This was a street course track (You weren't wrong Great Dave). It was
set up through the area of Spokane's Riverfront Park, now called
Riverfront Spokane.

(Would it be possible to switch this track to the "S" street course
designation?)
