One of the few tracks on this site to host the World of Outlaws, they
put down dirt over the pavement for the occasion.

I'm going here for tonight's ARCA race. First time I'm attending a race
at Elko. Should be fun.

For this years elko race here is some information, I will post it on the
race page if I find the time:
WD- Bret Holmes 23 Holmes 2 Excavation
If you looked at the ARCA entery list a couple days ago you would have
noticed Bret Holmes on the entery list, he is not on it any more.

The city the track is located in is now Elko New Market, MN.

The new city came about in 2006 when the track's sparsely-populated
namesake city of Elko merged with the similarly tiny New Market.

The facility's not just for racing - there's also a drive-in movie
theater on the property.
