.5 Mile Dirt Oval. Only Race was run during the Oklahoma State Fair.

NASCAR's only trip to the Sooner State came in 1956, when the dirt
half-mile hosted a 200-lap race in front of 7,500 fans. Only 12 cars
made up the grid, including two local drivers.

Jim Paschal, driving the C U Later Alligator Mercury, averaged 60.1 mph
to beat Ralph Moody's Ford by a quarter of a lap.

This track ceased operation at the end of the 2009 season.

The track is now a giant parking lot.

The faint outlines of turns 2 and 3 still appear visible on satellite views
