This 2.41km road course was a combined oval/road track, with the 1/2
mile 'Speedway Super Bowl' being only the second paved oval in
Australia. The facility also featured a drag strip, which was the
start/finish straight of the full circuit, which eventually rejoined the
oval at turn 2.

The short oval was relatively flat when compared to the American
speedways, with just 7* of banking in turns 2, 3 and 4. Turn 1 was flat,
as it was part of the drag strip/road course start finish straight.
Despite this, it was still considered to be a very fast track when
compared to the more common Australian dirt track circuits.

This track is still open but mostly used for drag racing and smaller
events.
