A pretty damn solid circuit that seems to take a year off the calendar
every couple. It's fast, sweeping, and awesome.

Actually it's the slowest track on the V8 Supercars calendar. Test track
to all the Victorian teams in all the V8 Supercar series and a popular
circuit for spectators and for national and state level racing

First held a round of the Australian Touring Car Championship (which
became V8 Supercars) in 1985, the track was extended to it's current 3km
layout in 1997. There wasn't a round there in 2005 as V8's replaced it
with a round in Shanghai. After that race was cancelled Winton was put
back on the calendar.

Whoops. Then take fast to mean how fast the races go by, as very rarely
does there seem to be a safety car.
