Bayne&BowmanFan posted: 04.04.2019 - 4:35 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Thus far in the 6 year history of the Truck Series being here, we've had five crazy (and some controversial) finishes. 2013: Chase Elliott spun Ty Dillon in the final corner to win. 2014: Ryan Blaney and German Quiroga drag-raced to the line with Blaney edging out Quiroga. 2016: John Hunter Nemechek nearly turns Cole Custer and then pushes him off the track and into the wall before edging Custer out at the line. 2017: Austin Cindric spins Kaz Grala in turn 5 on the last lap and goes on to win. 2018: Teammates Noah Gragson and Todd Gilliland wreck in the final corner allowing Justin Haley to slip by and win. 2/6 finishes were photo finishes. 3/6 finishes included last-lap wrecks by the leader 8. Instead of a hairpin, Moss suggested a sweeping curve, 5A and 5B, that was adopted. As a result, many called the place Moss-port instead of the correct Moe-sport. 10. Mike Borkowski finally broke his streak the following month and claimed wins in the last two races of the year. Kendall's Mosport win was the last for him in his famous Roush Racing #11 All Sport Ford Mustang that he dominated the Trans-Am series with in the mid-1990s. 11.
