Was recently bought by a group headed by Ron Fellows. Ron is apparently
trying to bring NASCAR here!

^ Ignore the previous comment... I didn't realize this is the oval that
holds the NCATS, the OSCAAR mods & outlaw super late models, and they
have their own weekly racing series.

And now the track is being demolished this summer to expand the driver
development area. The last night of weekly racing is July 27th, leaving
Peterborough Speedway as the only track in the area.

The oval put on some good races in the past. I'm kind of sad to see it's
gone now.
