It doesn't look like Obregon's gonna reopen, so I'd have to assume that
this is the unrelated road course, the Autodromo De Guadalajara. If it
is, then this track opened in 1998.

While the road course at Guadalajara does indeed exist, NASCAR Mexico
will be running a separate track, the Triovalo Bernardo Obregon. This is
a three turn oval, 0.84 miles in length. It opened in 1999 and closed in
2010 due to track damage. Attempts were made in 2012 and 2014 to
renovate the track, but both failed. A renovation plan was finally
carried out in 2016, and the track will reopen later this year.

Webmaster, create a page for the Triovalo Bernardo Obregon, if you
would. The NASCAR Mexico guys will be running the Triovalo Bernardo Obregon.

I must say, taking a look at this track on gmap pedometer, this track
looks VERY good! It's hard to believe that this is the same track as the
decreipt old oval that they ran back in 2010.
